How can I make a return?
ONLINE PURCHASE
We offer a free returns process with some exceptions. Simply follow the steps below on how to return your item(s):
1. Pack - Complete your return form and pack it with your item(s) in the original packaging (if possible). Stick your free returns label that came with your purchase on your parcel. Or create your free returns label here (please contact customer service if you need another that return label).
2. Drop off - Drop off your return parcel to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office. Please make sure to keep the proof of postage and your return tracking information so we can verify your details. You can arrange for Royal Mail to collect your parcel but this will be at an additional cost to you. Your items must be returned to during the returns period set out below. 3. Receive your refund - Once we have received and validated your returned item(s), we will process it in our system and send you a notification email. Any refund due to you may take up to 14 days that notification email to complete.
You have statutory right to cancel your purchase made through the Pacific Jewels (UK) Ltd website from the date that the contract is formed (when Pacific Jewels (UK) Ltd sends you the Shipment Confirmation and when Pacific Jewels (UK) Ltd receives full payment) until the end of 14 days from when you receive/collect the product. This statutory cancellation right applies to sale and non-sale items but not to Excluded Products (see below).
In addition to your legal rights, you may return items purchased from the Pacific Jewels (UK) Ltd website within 30 days of receipt for a refund. This enhanced cancellation policy does not apply to Excluded Products (see below) or sale items.
Other methods of initiating a return .
You can also cancel your purchase during the statutory return period by contacting us , submitting this, or by post at your cost to Pacific Jewels (UK) Ltd at Pacific Jewels (UK) Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, London. WC2H 9JQ. Please retain your proof of postage, however, please note that we cannot refund this cost of postage.
General information on refunds for items purchased from the Pacific Jewels (UK) Ltd website
If you are exchanging item(s)e, please only return the item(s) and the jewellery box that your item(s) was delivered in, and do not return any other gift packaging (e.g. bag and gift note) that your order came with because we will not send you a replacement.
All products must be returned in unworn, saleable condition and with a valid receipt. To return product(s) purchased using a promotional offer, you may need to return any item gifted to you as part of the promotion, or (if part of a multi-buy offer) the other items purchased in the multi-buy. Refunds are to the original payment method.
Pacific Jewels (UK) Ltd will refund to you the full price you paid for the Product together with delivery costs you paid, although the maximum delivery costs refunded will be the cost of the standard delivery service.

EXCLUDED PRODUCTS
The Pacific Jewels (UK) Ltd Website does not accept returns or exchanges of physical gift cards or e-gift cards.
Warranty Information
Our Store Policy
Pacific Jewels (UK) Ltd will repair or replace manufacturing faults (for example if your item has snapped/broke/missing stone etc) free of charge up to 2 years from the date of purchase for gold/silver jewellery. Please retain your receipt or pass it on to the gift recipient, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty. If a receipt is not available, bank statement will suffice. Please contact us on our live chat below if you need to replace your item under our warranty.

Please note that parts of wood, leather, glass and string items have a warranty of one year from date of purchase.
Wearing counterfeit charms/pendant, or charms/pendants by other brands on your Pacific Jewels bracelet/necklace could damage and will void the warranty.

This Guarantee is offered as an additional benefit to your rights and remedies under law, which may vary from country to country, and nothing in this Guarantee will replace or lessen your legal rights and remedies.
